The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Consul General of Mongolia in Istanbul H.E. Ankhbayar Danuu on 5 February 2025 at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.

The parties discussed the activities and the cooperation areas of the OTS, as well as the increasing role of the OTS in the international arena. 

The parties also exchanged views on the events within the framework of the OTS and the relations between Mongolia and the OTS Member States. 

During the meeting, the Consul General conveyed the letter of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia inviting the Secretary General to Mongolia.
