With great sorrow Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States learns the news of our Kyrgyz brothers and sisters lost lives and wounded in horrific traffic accident took place in the Ulyanovsk region of the Russian Federation. 

Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States extends its condolences to the fraternal people of Kyrgyz Republic, to the families of the victims and their loved ones and wishes for a speedy recovery to those who were injured in this road catastrophe.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of this calamity.
