Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov and his Deputies Abzal Saparbekuly and Dr. Ömer Kocaman participated in the Farewell Lunch of Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ankara Mr. Canseyit Tuymebayev on 22 October 2016 on the occasion of his appointment as the Governor of South Kazakhstan region.
Secretary General Hasanov made a speech during the lunch where he congratulated Ambassador Tuymebayev for his new post, expressed his gratitute for working with him until now and conveyed his thanks for all the support he provided to the Turkic Council. After his speech, Secretary General Hasanov presented a gift to Ambassador Tuymebayev as an expression of these feelings.
Ambassador Tuymebayev expressed that the productive cooperation with the Turkic Council will continue during his new mission and the parties have agreed on the possible activities and projects that would be developed between the Turkic Council and the South Kazakhstan region.
Deputy Secretary General Abzal Saparbekuly also attended to the Farewell Ceremony organized on the same occasion on 21 October 2016 in Ankara. The ceremony in Ankara was attended by many guests including Mr. Tuğrul Türkeş, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey and Mr. İbrahim Kalın, Spokesperson of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey.
